About the founder
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, my career has always centered around one thing: helping people move better, heal smarter, and live stronger for the long term.
I’m the founder of Out East Physical Therapy, a successful private home care physical therapy practice serving the Hamptons. Every day, I work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping them recover from injury, surgery, and chronic pain. That hands-on experience has shaped how I think about health — not just rehabilitation, but prevention and longevity.
That’s exactly why I built my sauna and cold plunge company.

Welcome to cold plunging with Sauna Plunge HQ! Begin slowly (with 55deg) and then gradually progress to colder temperatures. It's important to acclimate your body. Most people start with 1-2 minutes and gradually increase to 5 minutes as their tolerance improves. Breath and listen to your body. Try to get the water the shoulder height, and if you're more experienced, start with a head dunk. Always consult a Doctor before Cold Plunging.
